We exist to alleviate unconscious bias and inequities associated with historic racism and prejudice by empowering and celebrating difference (assuring dignity and respect for all humanity).

Purpose:

GOODFIT is a training experience opening the heart to the unexamined truths of history in American race relations, classism and gender disparities. It encompasses a deep dive into racism, socio-economics and biases. We not only look into the current divisive climate but the very constitutional foundation of our existence as a nation. As we expose tension we identify our implicit biases and address cognitive dissonance and seek healthy solutions toward building significant relationships. From this posture we challenge our societal norms and offer new insights to assure we are incorporating diversity and inclusion for equitable outcomes. Only then can we reconstruct trust and build unity. We do this through the lens of divine purpose for mankind first dispelling the “race” construct that was established to divide and oppress. Replacing it with the prevailing power of healing what divides, peace and unconditional love for all humanity.
